William R. "Bill" Black, 89, of La Crosse, died on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at the Hillview Health Care Center in La Crosse. He was born on February 26, 1928 in Missouri to William A. and Muriel E. (Ottman) Black.

Per Bill's wishes private family services will be held at his church and burialwill be in the Oak Grove Cemetery in La Crosse..
