I went to art school with Todd at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. Todd was good at keeping in touch over the years. He was a sweet soul who was very curious about other people and liked to share his philosophy.
I always admired Todd’s faith in God, even though we had very different types of faith. He liked to discuss spiritual ideas and also to laugh at human foibles.

Todd had many obstacles in his life but he always made the best of things, didn’t complain and found the humor in tough situations. He had the quirkiest sense of humor. Todd was a kind person who could make fun of himself. He was definitely one of a kind! And he loved his mother!

Todd was always happy. When he and Peter were together, they laughed and laughed. Peter always called Todd, Bucky. I remember once in high school, they came to visit us and they were so excited about a new band. They played their music; we’d never heard of the band before. It was good! It was Van Halen. 🙂 That was my introduction to one of my favorites.
