Donnie Troy Whitewater - Schaitel, 52, of La Crosse passed away on Nov. 15th 2016. Donnie was born in La Crosse to Donna Mae Willette Schaitel and Don Whitewater on July 30th 1964.
 
In Donnie’s spare time he enjoyed hiking, listening to ACDC and reading books.
 
Donnie is survived by his step father James Schaitel, a brother Jim Hansen Jr. and his sister in law Anne Steers. He is also survived by three children, Kabian, Kyle and Amber, three grandchildren, Aunts, Uncles, nieces and nephews.
 
Donnie was preceded in death by his mother Donna, his dad Don Whitewater, sister Donna (Evie) Mathison, brothers Mark Schaitel and Eugene (Dale) Steers, his Grandparents and Aunts and Uncles.
 
Funeral services will be held Tuesday Nov. 22nd at 6:00 p.m. at the Fossum Funeral and Cremation Service of Onalaska. Friends may call from 4:30 p.m. Tuesday until the time of the service. Online condolences may be left at www.fossumfuneralhome.com
